Coordinator for Weddings and Events

Join our team as a Coordinator for Weddings and Events, helping clients through the planning process with exceptional service and organization. Ensure every detail is flawlessly executed. This role is designed for individuals with 1-2 years in event coordination or hospitality. Your primary focus will be to assist clients with inquiries, manage event preparations, and work directly with sales and operations teams for coordination. Attend events to guarantee everything runs smoothly, while also preparing important documentation. Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries and conduct site visits
Prepare essential event-related documents and reports
Coordinate with culinary and operations for event logistics
Participate in promotional and internal events
Ensure effective cross-departmental communication

Requirements:

1-2 years of event coordination experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluency in both French and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event software
Flexibility for weekend and evening shifts
