Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality delivery across client engagements

• Review budgets and project milestones consistently
Requirements:
• 7+ years in client success or delivery roles
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships
• Leadership experience in diverse delivery teams
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies
• Excellent communication for executive-level discussions
