Serve TD Canada Trust customers in Montréal through accurate financial transactions, personalized banking advice, and attentive service at 37.5 hours weekly.

As a Customer Experience Associate in Personal and Commercial Banking, you will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and resolve concerns. This branch-based position also involves promoting products, completing processes accurately, and supporting positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
• Promote banking solutions while completing timely business processes
• Connect personally with customers about banking processes

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet use
• Accurate communication skills with changing priorities
