As an Tactical Office Building Security Guard, there is a high focus on Scheduled Patrols, removing unauthorised individuals, Client relationship and exceptional customer service, since you will be working with people all shift, in an Office environment.

Permanent Positions Available
P1: Saturday and Sunday 0700-1500
P2: Monday to Friday 0700-1500
P3: Saturday and Sunday 1500-2300
P4: Monday to Friday 1500-2300
P5: Saturday and Sunday 2300-0700
P6: Monday to Friday 2300-0700
Responsibilities For Tactical Office Building Security Guard
- Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas.
- Assist tenants by providing requested services.
- Manage access to restricted areas as required.
- Remove unauthorised individuals
- Monitor stairwells and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Conduct exterior checks of building entrances and parking areas.
- Maintain a presence at the security desk during designated hours.
- Report every incident and tenant complaint to the client
- Maintain a presence at the security desk during designated hour
- Respond to emergencies on a required basis
Qualifications For Tactical Office Building Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Be able to take up temporary position ( Coverage)
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
- Use of Force Cerification (An Asset)
- Comfortable with interacting with unauthorized individuals
- There is no parking facility at the site
