FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Business Analysts motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to analyze business needs and processes, gather and prioritize requirements, propose solutions and process improvements, support testing and change management, and act as the link between stakeholders and IT teams
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins et les exigences d’affaires.
- Cartographier les processus actuels et cibles et identifier les possibilités d’optimisation.
- Produire les dossiers d’affaires, les analyses d’écarts et les recommandations de solution.
- Rédiger les exigences, les récits utilisateurs et les critères d’acceptation.
- Mobiliser les parties prenantes et faciliter les ateliers de travail.
- Soutenir les essais d’acceptation, la formation et la conduite du changement.
- Assurer le lien entre les parties prenantes d’affaires et les équipes TI.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
- Eight (08) to fifteen (15) years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
- Hold one of the following certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA.
- Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): CBA, AABA, TOGAF.
- Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
- Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
- Language: French and English
