Sewer and Watermain Foreman Needed

Lead a dedicated team at J-AAR as a Sewer and Watermain Foreman overseeing vital civil infrastructure projects. This role emphasizes safety compliance and effective crew management on-site. As a Sewer and Watermain Foreman, you'll report to the Site Superintendent while guiding crews to meet project specifications and safety codes. Your leadership will ensure that health and safety protocols are strictly followed, and you’ll conduct regular toolbox talks and assessments. With your experience, you will also engage in training and mentoring team members to uphold J-AAR's values. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide crews to comply with project specifications
• Conduct daily job hazard assessments and toolbox talks
• Oversee training and team development initiatives
• Verify safety inspections for vehicles and equipment
• Manage project logistics, materials, and daily goals Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 2-5 years of construction site supervision experience
• Proficient knowledge of sewer and watermain construction
• Valid G Class Driver’s License with clean abstract
