Cloud & Infrastructure Automation Manager

Lead transformation in Cloud infrastructure at GIRO as the Manager of Cloud and Infrastructure Automation. Focus on automating hosting processes and driving team development in a hybrid work environment. GIRO, an international leader in public transport software, seeks a Manager for Cloud & Infrastructure Automation. In this role, you will oversee a team dedicated to enhancing core hosting processes through automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. You will ensure high-quality execution and seamless collaboration across teams to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Coach and develop team members with measurable goals
Plan work prioritizing capacity and delivery commitments
Automate hosting processes and advocate self-service approaches
Oversee provisioning capabilities and Infrastructure as Code modules
Communicate delivery status and risks to management

Requirements:

Experience leading technical teams in Cloud environments
Understanding of Microsoft Azure and provisioning practices
Familiarity with automation and CI/CD tools
Ability to balance technical debt with new initiatives
Proficiency in French and English for international collaboration
