Data Analysis Expert for Lodging Services
Hopper
Transform data into actionable insights at Hopper as a Data Analysis Expert. This position emphasizes ownership of data pipelines and strategic influences on lodging offerings. As part of Hopper’s lodging team, you will spearhead the management of our data warehouse and develop insightful reporting frameworks. Your expertise in data will guide product and commercial initiatives, with a focus on enhancing hotel and vacation rental features. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to drive autonomous problem-solving and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective data pipelines
- Manage data warehouse for ease of access
- Create vital KPI metrics and reporting systems
- Drive core reporting processes for strategic decisions
- Identify and act on revenue growth opportunities
- 5+ years in data analytics roles
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with data visualization
- Knowledgeable in data governance and quality practices
- Strong analytical skills for consumer product insights
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks
