We value innovation, teamwork, and quality in everything we do.The RoleS3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for Inside Sales Representatives to join our team based out of Swift Current, SK or Medicine Hat, AB. Handling multiple product lines, the ideal candidates will work directly with customers for inquiries, sales, service, and warranty trouble shoot technical problems with customers and provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and expense tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate Sales QuotesProcess and follow up on Sales Order Entries, Warranty Claims, and update existing orders as requiredDevelop customer Delivery SchedulesManage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returnsResearch and generate new Customer leads and contactsAttend trade shows and industry conferences as requestedQualificationsMinimum of 1 year in Sales and Customer ServiceMinimum of Grade 12 DiplomaPossess valid Driver's LicenseAgricultural background is preferredExperience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environmentCapable of working with minimal supervisionMust be accurate and detail orientedMust be proficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customersReady to Join S3?
