You will play a key role in coordinating construction activities, supporting quality assurance and project turnover processes, and managing relationships with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are successfully delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

The Difference Only You Can Make…

You’ll make a daily impact by supporting the successful delivery of multi-family and mixed-use developments from construction through warranty completion. Collaborating with the VP, Multi-Family, general contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, you will help coordinate project activities, monitor schedules and quality standards, manage project documentation, and facilitate smooth turnover to ownership and property management teams. From overseeing QA/QC processes and deficiency tracking to supporting warranty administration and resolving project issues, you’ll bring organization, accountability, and attention to detail that help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

What your day may look like…

• Support the successful delivery of multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial development projects from pre-development through construction, turnover, and warranty.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects progress efficiently and on schedule.
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving issues as they arise.
• Assist with project planning, approvals, design development, consultant coordination, and other pre-construction activities.
• Monitor construction progress, quality standards, schedule adherence, change orders, and project milestones through regular site visits, meetings, and inspections.
• Identify and track project risks, delays, deficiencies, and outstanding issues, escalating concerns and supporting mitigation strategies as required.
• Coordinate project meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and track action items to successful completion.
• Develop and support quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes, including inspections, deficiency management, and corrective action tracking.
• Prepare project status reports and updates, providing insights on schedule, budget, quality, risks, and key decisions.
• Manage project turnover and warranty activities, ensuring all required documentation, warranties, commissioning records, operating manuals, and deficiency items are completed and closed out.

What you’ll bring…

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field or a Diploma from a technical institution in a related field is an asset.
• At least 3 years experience, in residential, multi-family residential, mixed use, commercial development, construction and or project management.
• Strong experience in QA/QC, deficiencies, turnover, occupancy and warranty processes.
• Proven experience coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors, and project consultants.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on quality control and technical accuracy.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Technical or engineering background considered a strong asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Primarily office‑based role with regular visits to active and construction sites.
• Works collaboratively with developers, contractors, consultants, property management teams, and marketing partners.
