Hello Amazing Nannies and Child Care Professionals! What We're Looking For: Our family lives in DISCOVERY RIDGE SW Calgary, and we're looking for live-out SUMMER NANNY starting immediately to care for our youngest son who will be 11 months old. This role will be full time for July & August with the option to move into the fall if it works out between us. Based on his age, we're looking for an experienced childcare professional with a strong background in caring for infants under 1-year, including a good understanding of early childhood development training or ECE. The care is intended to take place in our home in addition to appropriate outings. We will perform a background check and require references of similar employment. We have 2 children but our eldest is in school full time so care is ONLY NEEDED FOR 1 CHILD. The role may require the occasional school pick up and care of both children so the candidate should ideally hold a valid drivers licence in Alberta. We will also require additional support around our home related to the children: meal prep, laundry, toy cleaning, etc. Additional Availability: The role will start at 35-40 hours per week between the days of Monday to Friday.
