Job Summary

On behalf of our client, a Big 4 Accounting/Consulting firm, we are looking for an Active Directory Coordination Specialist to serve as a central point of contact, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure that accurate and timely data is collected and efficiently shared with relevant team members to support decision-making and project execution

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with various stakeholders to identify data requirements and collection methods.

· Facilitate the effective and timely gathering of data from internal and external sources.

· Maintain up-to-date records of collected data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Distribute relevant data sets and reports to team members as needed.

· Assist in developing and implementing data collection processes and best practices.

· Support team members by providing requested data in a clear and accessible format.

· Address data-related inquiries from stakeholders and provide clarifications as necessary.

· Help maintain data security and confidentiality in line with organizational policies.

· Work collaboratively across departments to identify opportunities for data sharing and process improvements.

· Qualifications

·5 years minimal experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field (or 5 years equivalent experience)

· Having experience with Microsoft Active Directory would be beneficial.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse groups.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities

· Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

· Experience with data management tools and Microsoft Office Suite

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

· Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
