Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Marketing and Communications Director, the Marketing Coordinator will participate in the deployment of R2i's marketing strategies, participate in content writing and be responsible for various projects and events. You will be a key member of the marketing team contributing directly to the growth of our business by taking on the following responsibilities:

• Manage social networks: publication calendar, research and content creation, community development, monitoring and animation of social networks
  


• Write and edit electronic content of various kinds (articles, corporate news, newsletters, social media news, web pages, brochures, advertising texts, mass emails, press releases, newsletters, etc.)
  


• Podcast production and editing
  


• Write internal and external communications in French and English
  


• Coordinate material requirements with the creative service team and graphic designers
  


• Support the team with website updates (content, updates via content management tools)
  


• Coordinate and participate in the organization of internal events (search for rooms, search and negotiation with suppliers, production of invitations, production of documentation, monitoring of deadlines and budgets)
  


• Coordinate and participate in activities related to company events (sponsorships, participation in various trade shows and conventions, career days, etc.)
  


• Create various reports and track annual KPIs
  


• Ensure competitive intelligence and stay on top of trends and best practices in both marketing and the IT industry
  


• Support human resources in the various recruitment and employer branding projects.
  


• Manage customer engagement management campaigns, newsletters, email campaigns, lists, landing pages and performance tracking.
  


• Produce marketing content, create visuals, write blogs and support podcasts
  


• Requierd profile
  


• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  


• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field (public relations, communications and marketing, etc.);
  


• Excellent writing skills and a developed ability to synthesize, with an excellent command of French and English (spoken and written bilingualism mandatory.
  

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

• Proficiency in the Office suite, content management systems (WordPress), email platforms, social media and the digital environment.
  


• Excellent knowledge of social media, various analytics tools and applications.
  

ASSET

• Proficiency in AI tools for writing, content creation and others;
  


• Knowledge of Pardot (Account engagement);
  


• Experience in technology and B2B marketing.
