Housekeeper / Mother’s Helper (Part-Time, 3-4 Days Weekly)

Hiring: Part-Time Household Helper / Housekeeper / Mother’s Helper (3–4 Days Weekly) We are looking for a reliable, proactive, trustworthy, and detail-oriented household helper to assist with maintaining a clean, organized home and provide occasional childcare support when needed. Schedule:

• 3–4 days per week (flexible weekdays based on mutual availability)
• Approximate start time: 9:00–10:00 AM
• End time: once daily tasks are completed
• Sundays off

About Us: We are a family with two young children (ages 3 years and 14 months) looking for someone dependable who can help keep our home clean, organized, and running smoothly. This role is primarily housekeeping and household support, with occasional childcare assistance when needed. Housekeeping Responsibilities

• Full general house cleaning and upkeep
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Cleaning bathrooms (kids’ bathroom, family/general bathroom, downstairs/guest toilet)
• Washing toilets, sinks, tubs/showers, mirrors, and maintaining bathroom cleanliness
• Tidying and resetting rooms back to an organized, clean state
• General household organization and upkeep
• Kitchen clean-up and dishwashing
• Washing children’s bottles
• Cleaning and resetting the children’s play area/playpen as needed
• Keeping the home consistently clean, tidy, and well maintained

Laundry Responsibilities

• Washing, drying, folding laundry
• Children’s laundry and clothing care
• Ironing/pressing clothes as needed

Childcare / Mother’s Helper (Occasional)

• Assisting with the children when needed
• Accompanying mom to outings, appointments, or birthday parties on certain workdays if childcare support is needed instead of regular cleaning that day
• Helping supervise or assist with the children while mom is busy

Additional Notes

• No cooking required (very occasional basic help such as boiling eggs or warming food may be requested, but cooking is not part of the role).
• We have one dog. The dog can remain secured if necessary, but we prefer someone who is comfortable around pets and not fearful of dogs.
• Must be comfortable with an active household, climbing stairs, and general physical household tasks (lifting laundry baskets, moving household items when cleaning, etc.).

Important Not every task must be completed on the same day. Responsibilities may rotate throughout the week (for example, deeper cleaning one day and laundry/ironing another day). However, we are looking for someone who consistently helps maintain a very clean, organized, and well-kept home and can help reset the house back to its proper state after daily activities. The ideal person takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, and can work independently without constant supervision.
