Overview
We are building a candidate pipeline for upcoming ServiceNow Developer and ServiceNow Architect opportunities supporting a confidential government project in Ottawa. Project details will be shared at later stages of the process. These roles are on-site and ideal for professionals with strong ServiceNow experience who already hold a Secret clearance or are eligible to obtain one.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Developers
- Design, develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules
- Customize workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies and scripts
- Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems
- Support enhancements, troubleshooting and ongoing platform improvements
ServiceNow Architects
- Lead ServiceNow solution design and technical architecture
- Define platform standards, best practices and implementation approaches
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform (Developer or Architect level)
- Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD or custom apps)
- Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
- Ability to work on-site in Ottawa
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice To Have
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA or equivalent)
- Experience supporting Government of Canada or regulated environments
- Experience working on long-term enterprise ServiceNow implementations
