Responsibilities

• Safely operate standard hand tools and power tools for production, assembly, and finishing tasks.
• Handle, position, and transport heavy manufacturing materials weighing up to 50 lbs across the shop floor.
• Support machine operators and shop leads with general production, mechanical prep, and shop maintenance.
• Perform routine visual and basic measurement checks to ensure product quality.
• Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean workstation.

Qualifications
• Practical experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or production settings.
• Proficient and comfortable using a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to drive and access non-transit-accessible worksites in Langley and Surrey.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long shifts.
• Strong safety mindset and continuous work reliability.
• Assets: Forklift certification, First Aid ticket, or overhead crane experience.
