Customer-Focused Appliance Repair Technician

Enhance customer satisfaction as a Customer-Focused Appliance Repair Technician. Diagnose and repair appliances in customers’ homes while managing inventory effectively. This position emphasizes delivering high-quality customer service through effective appliance repairs. You'll be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, repairing products, and ensuring customer satisfaction remains a priority. Your role will involve hands-on troubleshooting and maintaining proper documentation following each job. Key Responsibilities:

Service appliances directly at customer locations
Execute technical diagnoses and repairs across devices
Document and report on repairs conducted
Complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly
Gather information for effective pre-screening of service

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in appliance repair
Competent in using diagnostic and repair tools
Physical capability to handle moderate lifting
Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record
Fluency in English for effective communication
