Tasks & Responsibilities

Ø coordinate, and review the work of the clerks on the shipping, receiving, storage, distribution and inventory of our goods;

Ø Order supplies and equipment outside of Canada and go through the entire process: payment, embarkation, customs clearance, declaration, transportation, and disembarkation;

Ø organize and monitor all logistics operations of our company, and solve problems that arise during work;

Skills & Abilities

ü Minimum college diploma;

ü Knowledge of international import and export policies

ü Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations;

ü English essential, Chinese an asset;

ü Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
