This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented lawyer with 2–4 years of insurance law and commercial litigation experience to join a market-leading practice and work alongside some of the industry's most respected professionals. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment where initiative, creativity, and client service are highly valued.
The Role
The ideal candidate will have experience advising and representing clients in matters involving:
- Product liability
- Insurance
- Health law
- Privacy-related matters
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- 2–4 years of insurance law and commercial litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Excellent judgment and analytical abilities
- A practical, client-focused approach to problem solving
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Membership in good standing with a Canadian Law Society, or eligibility for admission
