This opportunity is open to both entry-level and experienced candidates, and paid training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review and verify data to improve AI model performance.
* Evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
* Follow project guidelines and quality standards.
* Provide feedback and recommendations to improve model outputs.
* Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.
* Collaborate with project teams while working independently in a remote environment.

**Required Qualifications**

**EN_CA Data Annotator**

* Native Canadian English speaker.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.

**FR_CA Data Annotator**

* Native French speaker with strong English proficiency.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
* Strong spelling, grammar, and attention to detail in both languages.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in content review, content moderation, editing, proofreading, technical writing, translation, localization, product reviewing, or data annotation.
* Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, or conversational AI systems.
* Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, or shopping-related content is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.
