In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für Architektur, Stabilität und Zukunftsfähigkeit – und bringst KI-Workloads produktiv und sicher in reale Umgebungen. Über unsere Plattform Huacaya : Huacaya ist unsere On-Premise-Plattform für KI-Entwicklung und -Deployment. Sie ermöglicht es, KI-Modelle sicher und effizient zu hosten, zu trainieren und in Anwendungen wie Chats oder Prozessautomatisierungen zu integrieren. Die Plattform deckt den gesamten KI-Lebenszyklus ab und bietet Unternehmen eine robuste Grundlage, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für spezifische Anforderungen zu entwickeln. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung von Huacaya beitragen und innovative KI-basierte Anwendungen im Rahmen von Projekten gestalten.
Du gestaltest die Architektur und Core Services von Huacaya und entwickelst die Plattform technisch weiter
Skalierbare Backend- und Plattform-Komponenten (APIs, Orchestrierung, Modellmanagement, Integrationen) liegen in deiner Verantwortung
KI-Workloads führst du stabil, performant und sicher in produktive Umgebungen über
Deployment, Observability und Performance optimierst du kontinuierlich und mit klarem Qualitätsanspruch
Die Integration in Cloud-, On-Prem- und hybride Infrastrukturen steuerst du souverän
Gemeinsam mit den Entwicklerteams und unseren Kund*innen entwickelst du robuste, tragfähige Lösungsdesigns
Technische Entscheidungen treibst du aktiv voran und übernimmst Ownership für nachhaltige Architekturprinzipien
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Angewandter) Mathematik, Physik, Informatik, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich bildet die Grundlage für diese Position
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch ermöglichen dir, effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu arbeiten. Dazu werden sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache) oder mindestens auf C1-Niveau (GER) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse vorausgesetzt.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Backend-, Platform- oder Cloud-Engineering bildet die Grundlage deiner technischen Souveränität
In Python sowie in modernen API-Frameworks wie FastAPI oder Flask bewegst du dich sicher und entwickelst wartbare, performante Services
Containerisierte Architekturen mit Docker und Kubernetes gehören für dich zum professionellen Standard
Der Umgang mit Cloud- und Infrastruktur-Technologien wie Azure, AWS oder vergleichbaren Plattformen ist dir vertraut
Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrung mit AI-, ML- oder MLOps-Workloads sammeln und kennst deren spezifische Anforderungen im produktiven Betrieb
Du arbeitest mit einem starken Ownership-Mindset , verbindest strategisches Denken mit pragmatischer Lösungsorientierung und übernimmst Verantwortung für nachhaltige Ergebnisse
