Your role involves assigning routes and loads to drivers, monitoring their progress, and ensuring on-time deliveries while responding to unforeseen challenges such as traffic or weather disruptions. Additionally, you will maintain effective communication with drivers, customers, and other departments to streamline logistics and contribute to the efficient and reliable operation of our trucking services.Location: Winnipeg, MBSchedule: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat (4 days on – 3 days off then 3 days on -4 days off) Rotational ShiftStart time: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AMWhat You Will DoAssess and support all driver inquires, supplying drivers with all needed information and tools for their trip.
