Drive sales performance as a District Sales Manager with W.W. Grainger in Burnaby, British Columbia. - Establish sales budgets and customer territories for representatives
- Review sales performance and implement corrective actions quarterly
- Liaison with top customers to optimize relationships
- Degree in Sales & Marketing Management or related field
- Several years of sales and management experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Willingness to adhere to on-site customer screening processes
