Service Delivery Manager at WCB

Drive IT service excellence at the Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board as a Service Delivery Manager. Focus on optimizing IT performance while aligning services with stakeholder needs. - Manage relationships with internal departments and stakeholders
- Oversee service quality from third-party providers
- Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement
- Develop budgets and manage project preparation
- Ensure Business Continuity Plans are current
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 10 years of IT experience in large systems
- Minimum of 5 years in service delivery management
- Senior programming experience is essential
- Knowledge in financial or insurance sectors preferred
