Now Hiring: Brand Ambassadors – Halo Top x The Well Activation

We're looking for energetic, outgoing, Food Handler Certified Brand Ambassadors to support an exciting Halo Top activation at The Well in Toronto! This is your chance to represent one of the most recognizable better-for-you ice cream brands while creating memorable consumer experiences through sampling, games, and interactive engagement!

Location: The Well, Toronto

Dates: August 9 & 10, 2026

Shift Length: Approximately 8–9 hours per day

Sunday, August 9: Approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Monday, August 10: Approximately 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (subject to minor adjustments)

Training: Mandatory Virtual Training – Wednesday, August 5, 2026

Time: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM EDT

Pay: Starting at $22/hour

What We're Looking For:

• Food Handler Certified Brand Ambassadors.
• Energetic, friendly, outgoing, and confident personality.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Comfortable approaching members of the public and initiating conversations.
• Comfortable educating consumers on Halo Top products and benefits.
• Previous brand ambassador, experiential marketing, promotional, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
• Comfortable assisting with event setup, teardown, maintaining cleanliness, and rotating between all activation responsibilities.
• Must be available for the mandatory virtual training on August 5 and both activation dates (August 9 & 10).

What You'll Do:

• Proactively engage consumers and invite them into the activation space.
• Welcome guests and educate them on Halo Top's better-for-you benefits.
• Operate the Halo Top Spin Wheel, explain prizing, and keep guests engaged while they wait.
• Serve complimentary Halo Top ice cream samples while following food safety standards.
• Encourage participation at the branded photo opportunity.
• Assist with guest flow, maintain a clean and organized activation space, and support event setup and teardown.
• Rotate between all activation roles throughout the event to ensure a seamless guest experience.
