Sales Leader for Electrical Solutions
IDEAL Industries, Inc.

In this position, reporting to the Director of North American Sales, your substantial sales experience within the electrical industry will be crucial. You will establish strategic connections and oversee key performance metrics to improve both revenue and customer satisfaction. Expect to engage actively with stakeholders to uphold strong business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed established sales volume and profitability goals
• Analyze monthly and annual sales performance
• Strengthen relationships with assigned customer accounts
• Provide training on product offerings to sales agents
• Adapt strategies to meet evolving customer needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in business or marketing; Electrician license ideal
• 10+ years in national sales within the electrical field
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Availability for up to 30% travel as needed
