Lead Generator

Endo Networks is looking for Lead Generators to represent us at various Costco locations throughout the East region, for a global industry leader in water treatment for over 45 years! Locations include but not limited to Oshawa, Ajax, Scarborough and Richmond Hill.
If you are personable, energetic, self-motivated, passionate, well-spoken, and fun, we want you! We are looking for Lead Generators or Brand Ambassadors to engage and educate in a high traffic retail environment. Your role will be to let people know who we are, what we do and how they can learn more. Your task is to create opportunities to pass along to our experienced and dedicated sales team!
Compensation: $22/hr + 3.5% on closed sales.
Responsibilities
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with new people while demonstrating an enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times
- Communicate brand awareness through a well scripted engagement
- Generate leads and capture consumer information that will be passed on to the sales team.
- Meet and exceed targets with a strong sense of accomplishment when goals are met
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Attend and actively participate in team meeting conference calls
- Travel to various locations in GTA and surrounding areas
Schedule Full Time Hours (35-38 hours per week)
*Must be flexible to work within the following hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 9:00PM
Saturday/Sunday- 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within designated region
- Experience in a customer facing role required.
- Experience in customer service, events, sales, and/or lead generation
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and always represent the brand with integrity
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate the brand messaging
- Great verbal communication and presentation skills
- Charismatic and outgoing personality is a must
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work well independently as well as in a team setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must have flexible availabilities with the possibility of working weekdays, weekends, some weekday holidays and as business dictates, including up to an hour a week for administrative work
