Job Opportunity

(LOCATION) is a proud member of Drive Auto Group and is currently seeking a Genesis Concierge to join our growing team. The Genesis Concierge plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient customer service and supporting the activities of the service team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling valet drivers to ensure maximum shop throughput
• Outbound calls to generate high volumes of OEM Customer satisfaction survey returns
• Outbound quality assurance checks within 24 hours of guests visit
• Answer incoming calls and provide guests status updates
• Film, edit and send guests videos of service and maintenance recommendations
• Manage service loaner fleet to ensure proper turn in alignment with OEM requirements
• Greeting customers when they arrive for service appointments, making them feel welcome, and ensuring they feel valued.
• Assisting customers with scheduling maintenance and repair appointments, ensuring that service times fit their schedules.
• Communicating with customers about the services available, such as routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations), repairs, or upgrades, and providing details on any special promotions or offers.
• Providing accurate timelines for service completion, updating customers about the status of their vehicle, and informing them of any additional services or repairs needed after inspection.
• Acting as a liaison between the customer and the service technicians, ensuring that service needs are communicated and that the service team is clear on what work needs to be completed.

Experience/ Qualifications

• General knowledge of Genesis product
• Understanding of Genesis vehicle service schedule
• Comfortable engaging with guest over the phone
• Working knowledge of video editing
• Customer Service Skills
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Multitasking: Managing multiple tasks and organizational skills
• Teamwork and attention to details.
