The role involves reviewing estates, preparing notices, and filing documents with the Official Receiver. You will generate reports, ensure compliance with legal documents, and manage inquiries, playing a vital part in helping Canadians regain their financial footing. Key Responsibilities:

• File documents with the Official Receiver (OR)
• Enter and review proof of claim data
• Issue stays of proceeding notices
• Prepare and manage mailings to creditors
• Monitor estates for annulment and discharge

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Previous insolvency or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail with multitasking ability
