Strategic Planning and Scheduling Manager

Step into a key leadership role as the Strategic Manager of Planning, Scheduling, and Lean, shaping excellence across our operational framework. As the Senior Manager, you will provide oversight and strategic direction to a team of professionals that focus on planning and scheduling critical to project success. Your responsibilities encompass delivering training programs, optimizing scheduling tools, and leading change management strategies to mitigate impacts effectively. Collaboration and mentoring will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Set strategic vision for planning and scheduling practices
- Direct technical training initiatives for staff and teams
- Lead scheduling optimization utilizing P6 EPPM and Deltek
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies
- Facilitate team support for challenged projects through audits
- 10–15 years of scheduling experience in construction preferred
- Degree in construction management or related field
- Ability to oversee projects valued at $500M+
- Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P6
- Expectation to travel up to 50% in North America
