Unlike commission-only sales positions, we offer the security of a $40,000 guaranteed annual starting base salary for entry-level candidates, along with opportunities to increase earnings through:

- Sales commissions across multiple insurance lines.
- Individual and team performance bonuses for qualifying results.
- Additional earning opportunities as your insurance knowledge, experience, and sales production grow.
- Employee benefits following successful completion of a six-month probationary period.
- Licensing support, structured training, and ongoing professional coaching.

Estimated total annual compensation: $40,000–$70,000, depending on licensing, sales performance, and qualifying commissions and bonuses. Earnings above the guaranteed base salary are not guaranteed.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a proactive sales and business development position where you'll have opportunities to:

- Generate new business : Prospect, make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and ask for referrals.
- Build your network: Develop relationships with local professionals, business owners, and community members.
- Achieve goals: Track your sales results, manage your pipeline, and continually challenge yourself to improve.
- Bring new ideas: Help develop creative approaches to lead generation, referral partnerships, and business growth.
- Help clients: Understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance protection.
- Stay organized: Maintain accurate documentation, manage follow-ups, and take ownership of your opportunities.

You'll receive support through incoming inquiries, existing client opportunities, marketing initiatives, and ongoing coaching.

But we're especially excited about finding someone who loves creating their own opportunities!

Build Your Career Across Multiple Insurance Lines

No insurance experience or licence is required to apply.

You'll begin with Personal Insurance, including Auto, Home, Condo, and Tenant Insurance, and receive support toward obtaining your Ontario Other Than Life (OTL) licence.

As you develop, you'll have opportunities to expand into Commercial Insurance, followed by Life Insurance and Living Benefits with the appropriate licensing.

Our goal is to develop well-rounded sales professionals, with potential opportunities to specialize as your experience and interests grow.
