Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
Skill And Experience
- 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management (OCM) activities implementing information technology or process solutions. Experience should include organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, identifying key risks, and development of change management plans. The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 10 years. At least 1 example should include OCM activities performed in a healthcare environment. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
- 5 years’ experience working with senior leadership to develop communications strategies and providing communications coaching. The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration that total at least 5 years. Examples should provide specific details of work performed.
- 2 years’ experience performing organizational change management, while implementing a standardized clinical plan across multiple healthcare organizations. The response should include at least 1 example including project title and duration of the project that total at least 2 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
- 5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in a large, complex environment. The response should include at least 2 examples including the project title and duration of the project that totals at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include preparing training materials for a large, diverse organization with 1000+ employees. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
- 2 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing or upgrading the EEIS (Enrolment and Episodic Information Sharing) or similar EHR (Electronic Health Record) in a clinical environment. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project that totals at least 2 years.
