Are you a detail-driven procurement professional who enjoys bringing contracts, people, and projects together? Do you thrive in a fast-paced project environment where your work helps move construction and infrastructure projects from planning to award? We are looking for a candidate with strong technical, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills to join our DCC team in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. As a Coordinator, Contract Services (Procurement Specialist), youll support construction and consultant-service procurements that help build and maintain critical defence infrastructure. Working closely with project managers, client-partners, consultants, contractors, and industry partners, youll help ensure procurement processes are fair, efficient, and aligned with applicable policies and regulations. By joining a trusted partner of the Government of Canada and the Canadian construction industry since 1951, youll contribute to infrastructure solutions that support Canadas troops, military operations, and mission readiness. If you bring sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving, this role is for you. What You'll Do Lead Procurement That Matters Youll develop and administer procurement strategies for construction and consultant contracts, prepare solicitation and tender documents, coordinate bid evaluations, and support contract awards from beginning to end. Be a Trusted AdvisorYoull advise project managers and client-partners on procurement and contract requirements, helping teams make informed decisions and keep projects moving. Youll coordinate communication with contractors, consultants, industry partners, and internal teams while supporting procurement planning throughout the project lifecycle.
