APAC Technical Sales Specialist

CAE Inc

Drive CAE Aftermarket Services growth across APAC through technical sales, customer relationships, and targeted market development activities.

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, and lead sales efforts supporting revenue growth and profitability. You will collaborate with Aftermarket Growth Leaders, Sales Account Leaders, and cross-functional teams. Your work will shape market penetration strategies and customer-focused service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential Aftermarket Services customers
Build customer relationships throughout the APAC region
Lead presentations and communicate tailored value propositions
Execute targeted sales campaigns for service offerings
Close opportunities and transition contracts to delivery teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Eight to ten years of relevant experience
Strong stakeholder relationship-building and influencing abilities
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Salesforce familiarity and global experience preferred

Bring technical sales, business development, and analytical skills to expand CAE Aftermarket Services across APAC customer markets.
