Human Resources Technicien - Part-Time (Cabico Coaticook)

A key role on a great team

The successful candidate will contribute to the company's success by fulfilling the following responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire recruitment cycle for production positions, including posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and welcoming and onboarding new production employees;
• Handle administrative follow-ups related to personnel changes (hires, job changes, departures);
• Coordinate and support the organization of events, recognition initiatives, and recruitment events;
• Perform various administrative tasks related to human resources and keep employee records up to date;
• Answer employees’ initial inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources;
• Participate in various HR projects aimed at supporting the employee experience and organizational objectives;
• Serve as a point of contact to foster connections between employees, managers, and the HR team.

• You have a DEC or AEC in human resources, business administration, or office automation
• You can communicate effectively in English (to interact with English-speaking employees and candidates)
