Legal Secretary - Conveyancing, Surrey, 12 + months experience, Salary Circa £30,000 DOE – Excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive Residential Conveyancing team, working closely alongside a dedicated Fee Earner within a close knit department. This is a full-time, office based position offering a supportive working environment. Job Ref: 5162

• Full-time, office based role based at the firm's Surrey office, working alongside one Fee Earner within a department comprising two Fee Earners and two Secretaries.

• Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Fee Earner across a varied residential conveyancing caseload.

• Assisting with the preparation and management of conveyancing documentation, correspondence and general file administration.

• Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents and other relevant parties throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring a professional and high standard of client care.

• Maintaining accurate and up to date case records and ensuring deadlines and key dates are diarised and monitored effectively.

• Using the LEAP case management system to manage files and assist with the efficient progression of matters.

• Experience using digital dictation and legal case management systems would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
