Controls Associate
$85 - $105 per hourWe’re hiring a business-focused controls consultant to support governance, control design, and risk initiatives across Capital Markets.
Responsibilities:
- Execute control design, testing, and governance activities
- Partner with stakeholders (trade floor, IB/CB, support teams) to validate controls and identify gaps
- Support documentation, testing scripts, and remediation efforts
- Analyze risks, identify control gaps, and drive remediation
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory initiatives
Must Have:
- Strong experience in controls (design, testing, execution, remediation)
- Experience in operational risk, audit, or compliance
- Banking experience required; Capital Markets preferred
- Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders
- Able to work in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight
This is a Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85.00 - $105.00/hr.
