Job Overview
Adecco is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee and manage operations related to our client's customer contract and operation in Milton, ON. The role focuses on efficiency, safety, and quality while maintaining excellent client relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Pay Rate: $150K - $160K (+20% bonus) / annually

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall service associated with the customer contract & Operation manual
- Define and update actions to ensure the safety of the staff and security of the facility
- Manage actions to deliver performance and quality in a continuous improvement mindset
- Apply the group management rules
- Key operational contact of the customer
- Commit to provide the highest possible level of service through proper handling of warehouse processes in accordance with the country manager instructions, procedures, standards & client requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in site or operations management, preferably in logistics, warehouse, or facility management
- Experience in fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
