Position Summary
We are seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support / End User Support Technician for a long-term, part-time onsite IT support position within a warehouse environment supporting approximately 100 users .
The technician will provide hands-on Windows and end-user support, manage ServiceNow tickets, troubleshoot basic connectivity issues, and assist with IT inventory and stockroom activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite Level 2 desktop and end-user support.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops.
- Diagnose hardware, software, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
- Manage and resolve ServiceNow incidents and requests.
- Assist with reducing existing ticket backlog.
- Troubleshoot basic network/LAN issues.
- Install, configure, replace, and support end-user equipment.
- Support printers and workstation peripherals.
- Perform basic break/fix and IMAC activities.
- Respond to ad hoc IT support needs.
- Maintain stockroom and IT inventory information.
- Document troubleshooting and resolutions.
- Escalate more complex issues as required.
Qualifications
- Previous Desktop Support / End User Support experience
- Windows troubleshooting experience
- ServiceNow or similar ticketing platform experience
- PC hardware/software support
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Availability for a consistent two-day-per-week schedule
