About the team

You will become an integral part of our dynamic and passionate People Ops team, consisting of 17 individuals organized into four departments: People Experience, People Success, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition. Our team is committed to cultivating an outstanding environment that nurtures the development of exceptional individuals.

The Talent Acquisition Team, consisting of six dedicated members, including five recruiters and a Talent Acquisition Manager, collectively oversees recruitment initiatives for a wide range of roles, encompassing both technical and non-technical positions across Europe and the United States.

We are currently in search of a Junior General Recruiter with a focus on Go-To-Market teams. This individual will play a crucial role in hiring for both individual contributor and management roles in Sales & Partnerships, Success, Marketing, and beyond, contributing to teams expansion on the East-Coast and Europe.

What you will do

• Partner with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.

• Interview Guidance : Help hiring managers with best practices for interviewing and follow established processes.

• Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience and help enhance our employer brand through well-crafted messaging and positioning.

• Process Management : Assist in managing recruiting processes, with opportunities to suggest and implement improvements.

• Reporting : Prepare dashboards and reports for hiring managers to track progress and suggest hiring strategies.

• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to understand our business, culture, and the ideal candidate profiles.

• Impact Opportunity : Be a key player in helping us scale effectively and efficiently, contributing to the growth of our team.

Who you are & Wanted skills

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on Go-to-Market roles, including hiring for individual contributors and management positions.

• Strong ability to analyze data and derive insights.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in a fast-growing tech startup or small company environment is a plus.

• Proven track record of attracting top talent and providing exceptional candidate experiences.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Desire to continually improve and optimize recruiting processes.

• Belief in the importance of hiring for cultural fit and understanding the role of recruitment in company success.

• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues across the organization.
