Senior HR Director Manufacturing Operations

- Partner with leadership on workforce strategy development
- Lead HR efforts across multiple manufacturing plants
- Manage labor relations, grievances, and negotiations
- Drive talent acquisition and succession planning
- Utilize people analytics for continuous improvement
- 10+ years HR experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong background in labor relations and union management
- Experience supporting multiple operational sites
- Proven influence with executive leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
