Introduction

Charleston Lake is the jewel of the area, attracting boating, fishing and water sport enthusiasts. Athens is located 20 minutes North of Brockville Ontario. Brockville is a vibrant riverside community where tourists from around the world come to boat, fish, sail, camp, hike, cycle and golf. The Brockville Country Club and Highland Golf Course are on the edge of the city, and another 35 courses are within a one-hour drive. Brockville is also known for its access to top-notch scuba diving in the St. Lawrence River.
