We are hiring for a relief full-time (temporary) Occupational Therapist at the Kelowna General Hospital team. This opportunity is anticipated to run until December 2026 or the return of the current incumbent. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapy programs to promote functional independence and optimal health outcomes. Provide consultation, education, and support to clients and their caregivers. Prescribe and recommend appropriate equipment to enhance daily living. Participate in program planning, quality assurance initiatives, research, and departmental meetings. Offer guidance and work direction to rehabilitation assistants regarding transfer of function.
