Concierge and Leasing Specialist

Job Responsibility: Join the Westcorp Team!: Westcorp is seeking a VIP Concierge and Leasing Specialist who will implement and maintain an innovative leasing strategy for a successful lease-up in our brand-new, leading-edge residential property located in Kelowna, BC. The successful candidate will provide superb customer service to new and existing residents while offering a VIP concierge experience that goes beyond traditional leasing roles. Ledge on Lakeshore, when complete, will comprise 1,000 rental residences supported by an amenity offering previously unseen in the marketplace. The first 200 units, all 2 and 3-bedroom townhome units, have completed construction and are now leasing. The 2nd phase of the project, now underway, will deliver the parkade, three residential towers, over 60,000 sq ft of indoor amenity space, and over 3 acres of outdoor amenity space. This property is located in the Lower Mission area of Kelowna and will be completed in three phases over the next four to five years. The compensation for this role is $55,000-$60,000 per year. Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue while achieving leasing goals through effective closing skills.
• Present the product such that the customer is inspired and compelled to call Ledge on Lakeshore their home.
• Complete, accurate, detailed reporting, including resident applications, leases, move-in/out inspections, and competitor reviews with analyses.
• Provide VIP concierge services, such as arranging and organizing events and fulfilling special requests, to enhance the resident experience
• Ensure a powerful, productive, and collaborative teamwork environment to ensure an optimal resident experience and efficient property operations.
• A hunger for constant and never-ending improvement, including sales techniques and customer service.
• Ensure local, provincial, & federal laws and regulations are observed in the community.
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
• Ensure comprehension and compliance with all Westcorp Playbook policies.
• Complete other duties as required and assigned by the Leasing Manager.

Who You Are and What You Bring: Must Haves:

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a high-growth environment, with inbound or outbound sales, or fast-paced, high-traffic sales, retail leadership, is highly sought after
• Solid aptitude for sales and possess a sensational customer service philosophy
• Highly proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Suite of products (SharePoint, TEAMS, Outlook, Stream, etc.), as Westcorps' leasing process is electronic
• Ability to source data, analyze the results and share with the stakeholders
• High level of empathy and understanding; the ability to personalize your approach will be an asset
• A high degree of professionalism and dedication to all stakeholders
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work in a multi-functional team environment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same
• Possess exceptional English communication skills (verbal, listening, and written)
• You are flexible and can work outside of normal business hours, as hours will include evenings and weekends
• Appearance is neat, clean, and professional
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license
• A security clearance is required upon offer of employment

• Experience using Yardi or similar customer-engagement software & CRMs
