e-commerce operations manager.

We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our digital commerce business across multiple online sales channels, including Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other digital platforms. As an established, family-owned business and industry leader in high-quality bedroom essentials, adjustable bed bases, upholstered beds, and home furniture components, we are looking to significantly expand and elevate our e-commerce presence across North America.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has deep expertise in digital advertising, marketplace management, Wayfair operations, and data-driven growth within the home furnishings, furniture, or consumer goods space. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue, increasing customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, optimizing marketplace performance, and building brand awareness through best-in-class digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
E-Commerce Growth
Develop and execute the overall e-commerce growth strategy across Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other online marketplaces.

Drive revenue growth by improving conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value. Optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, bundles, and digital merchandising across our bedroom furniture and component product lines. Identify new growth opportunities and implement strategies to accelerate online sales across Canada and international markets.

Marketplace Management Manage and optimize Amazon (Vendor Central and Seller Central), including product listings, inventory, merchandising, promotions and performance reporting.

Manage Walmart Marketplace and develop targeted advertising campaigns through Walmart Connect to increase visibility and sales.

Optimize marketplace listings, product content, SEO, and rich media to improve organic rankings and conversion. Monitor marketplace performance and identify strategic opportunities for expansion.

Identify new growth opportunities and implement strategies to accelerate online sales across Canada and international markets.

Marketplace Management
Manage and optimize Amazon (Vendor Central and Seller Central), including product listings, inventory, merchandising, promotions and performance reporting.
Manage Walmart Marketplace and develop targeted advertising campaigns through Walmart Connect to increase visibility and sales.
Optimize marketplace listings, product content, SEO, and rich media to improve organic rankings and conversion.
Monitor marketplace performance and identify strategic opportunities for expansion

Digital Marketing
Plan, launch, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Walmart Connect, Amazon Advertising, and other digital platforms.

Maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC).

Build annual digital marketing calendars and coordinate promotional campaigns, collection launches, and seasonal initiatives.

Grow brand awareness through SEO, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and digital marketing campaigns.

Improve website conversion rates through visual merchandising, landing page optimization, user experience (UX), and customer journey analysis.

Monitor website health, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with developers, and continuously improve site speed and usability.

Analytics & Performance
Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools.

Monitor key e-commerce KPIs and provide regular reporting with actionable recommendations to leadership.

Utilize data to optimize advertising performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and customer retention.

Partner with sales, marketing, operations, creative, and fulfillment teams to execute campaigns and support product launches.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience across all channels.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications

Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail. Proven success managing ecommerce websites

Experience managing Walmart Marketplace and advertising through Walmart Connect. Proven track record managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Advertising, and other paid digital media campaigns.

Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), reporting, and
performance analysis. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.

Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the furniture, home furnishings, bedroom essentials,
mattress/bedding, retail, or consumer goods industries..

Knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.

Experience managing digital advertising budgets efficiently and delivering strong results.

Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
