Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Consultant
Location: GTA, Ontario, Canada
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time
Seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to design and implement IT Operations Management solutions that improve infrastructure visibility, service mapping, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Ensure CMDB governance and data quality.
- Integrate monitoring and infrastructure tools with ServiceNow.
- Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize ITOM processes.
- ServiceNow ITOM

- REST/SOAP APIs
- 5+ years of ServiceNow ITOM experience
- CIS-ITOM Certification preferred
Candidates must have prior BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry experience.
