Human Resources Technician in Montreal

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Technician will provide vital administrative aid across various HR operations. You will enhance your skills in employee onboarding, benefits administration, and the accuracy of HR data management. Ideal candidates will thrive in collaborative environments and be service-oriented. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Support recruitment through résumé screening and onboarding
- Communicate with internal teams regarding HR procedures
- Process group insurance enrolments efficiently
- Draft HR communications and administrative documents
- College diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Two years of administrative experience in HR
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
