Java Developer with SDLC Expertise

Join a dynamic firm as a Senior Java Developer, working on strategic reference data platforms. This role allows you to engage in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within an agile environment.
You will be responsible for the development, testing, and deployment phases, collaborating closely with Business Analysts and production support teams to build and enhance critical systems. Your skills in Java, Spring Boot, and modern deployment practices will facilitate innovative solutions that align with the company's architectural goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement development projects within defined schedules
• Participate in Scrum for all SDLC stages
• Collaborate with technology vendors for deeper product insights
• Optimize existing components for performance and scalability
• Offer level 3 support for applications
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of Java experience, 7 years total IT history
• Experience with Spring Boot and Oracle DB SQL
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Kafka
• Proficiency in shell scripting and analytical problem solving
• Strong communication abilities and logical thinking
Leverage your extensive Java background to impact directly on critical reference data initiatives.
