Job Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant to ensure exceptional customer service, product quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including but not limited to food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
• Train and coach staff members to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and perform their duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as all local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintain an appropriate level of inventory to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and spoilage.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotions and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Monitor financial performance and implement measures to increase profitability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on QSR.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and team members in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
