Nomad is available as an iOS or Android app or via getnomad.Prior experience as a software engineer (Web/SOA domain) before evolving into a lead or managerial position (or equivalent University education)

Experience in managing cloud-native web-apps-related software projects (or similar relevant experience), preferably SaaS or PaaS projects

Incredible communication and organizational skills: the ability to articulate clearly and precisely to help coordinate activities among the Server engineering group and with other departments

You have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to call out risks at different stages

You make sure to have a clear overview of what's going on on the project at any given moment and can report its status with relevant granularity to stakeholders at various levels

Partner with other cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success

Grow in a technical role by providing guidance to engineers, architects and product managers about the functionalities of the product and requirements

Understand dependencies between front end and back end and work towards resolving them

Manage sprint backlog, grooming sessions, sprint planning for the team

You know how to manage and keep documentation organized and up to date, so everyone can quickly find what they're looking for

You have hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum with experience in JIRA and confluence

• Strong understanding of API-driven architecture, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise-grade software.
• Ability to understand how API works, dependency between front end and backend, resolve dependency issues.
• Able to discuss and work closely with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture
• 5+ years of working in an Enterprise software company is preferred in product management, scrum management, program management
• Lead high-profile telecom operator accounts, shaping their digital transformation.
